Dancing Ewe Farm is offering:
• Will offer sampling of their farmstead ricotta and sheep milk cheeses
• Sampling of their home made charcuterie
• Farm to Table Dinner Saturday night and Lunch Sunday by reservation
• Self guided tour around their Farm.

We’ll be sampling our fresh and fresh ripened farmstead goat cheeses. We’ll be releasing our first aged goat cheese, a rustic, mosaic rind savory washed curd cheese with a big, broth-y and nutty flavor and grassy finish, and of course sampling that as well. We’ll have live music and our friends from Slate valley Farm will be manning a lemonade stand with their (insanely good) lavender lemonade. We’ll have a small bookshop set up for folks who want to learn more about the type of farming and cheesemaking we do with all profits going to our infrastructure fund.

The activities are maybe the best part (well tied with the cheese, anyway). Leah will be doing hand-milking demonstrations, cheesemaking Q&As, goat meet and greets, and OF COURSE a baby goat “photo booth.” And it’s a working farm, so guests can join Leah on chore tours and get a sneak peek into the daily life on the farm while seeing all the working parts in action.
