Diverse Cheesemaking Traditions
Each of the Cheese Tour's cheesemakers showcases a different style of cheesemaking.
From Italian pecorinos at Dancing Ewe Farm to squeaky-fresh cheese curds at Argyle Cheese Farmer to award-winning new American classics at Consider Bardwell Farm, our cheesemakers will take you on a tour of cheesemaking traditions from around the world.

Farm to Glass
Experience the journey from hops trellis to pint at R.S. Taylor & Sons Brewery with a pint of their English-style ales in-hand. If wine is more your style, meet the winemakers as you enjoy a glass of estate wine while nestled among the vines at Victory View Vineyard. And of course, no craft beverage tour of the Northeast would be complete without the artisanal ciders of Slyboro Ciderhouse at Hick's Orchard, new on the tour in 2021.

Plan Your Tour
Tour guests can be as hands-on or laid back as they want and each tour location offers many different experiences.
Every stop on the tour provides an area to sample and enjoy your favorite cheeses or beverages, right where they are made. If you're feeling like an adventure, hop on the hay wagon at Consider Bardwell Farm, sign up for a tour at Argyle Cheese Farmer or get a sneak peek at the creamery during the cheesemaker talks at Dancing Ewe Farm.
A Note on Safety in 2022
The Cheese Tour is primarily an outside event and while mask wearing is not required outside, we ask that visitors maintain a safe distance at all times. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the tour and each participating location will provide clear guidelines for sampling, indoor masking requirements, and any location specific safety protocols.
Please be aware of the special signage at each site as different locations may have different requirements. All tour locations will be applying any and all precautions required by the state and county as of the date of the tour. We want everyone to feel comfortable and be safe while enjoying The Cheese Tour!
